"When is it going to snow in Ruidoso so we can go skiing?"
I have consulted with Glacius, the god of snow and ice, and he tells me that he is unhappy with the mountains of southern New Mexico and has no plans to dump significant amounts of snow on Sierra Blanca any time soon. However, he is apparently very happy with northern New Mexico and has sent prodigious amount of snow to that area. But, do not despair. Keep in mind that the gods are a fickle bunch and are known to change their minds without warning.
